Executive Administration Assistant to CEO/CFO-Office Manager

The Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, provides high level administrative support to senior management and executives, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the administrative office, coordinating the efforts and activities of the administrative office, Board of Trustees, Directors and others. To be successful in this role, the applicant needs to have excellent verbal communication skills, good judgement, be teachable and patient with strong time management skills in order to meet deadlines. As well as be well organized and able to act without guidance.

 

Schedule:  Exempt

  • ·         Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, occasionally weekends and/or holidays as needed.

Required Skills:

1. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Excellent written and oral communications skills

3. Must have a working knowledge of computers and be willing to learn new methods and programs, as they become available.

4. Serves as the liaison and primary contact between the Board of Trustees and administrative staff.

5. Works with highly confidential material. Maintains utmost confidentiality with all information and documents.

Minimum Work Experience:

1. One-year experience in an acute care hospital, and or 3-5 years of executive team level support.

Minimum Education:

1. High school graduate or equivalents, two years of college education preferred.
